Sugarloaf Mountain is an experience that combines adventure, history, and unmatched natural beauty. The cable car ride to the top of the 396-meter peak has been a Rio classic since 1912, making it one of the oldest cable cars in the world.

The journey is made in two stages: first to Morro da Urca (220 meters), where you will find a restaurant, a concert stage, and observation areas, then onward to the summit of Sugarloaf. Both peaks offer breathtaking views.

From the top, you can see Praia Vermelha (one of Rio's most beautiful beaches), Botafogo cove, Cristo Redentor, the Rio-Niteroi Bridge, and the full expanse of Guanabara Bay. The sunset from Sugarloaf is considered one of the most beautiful in the world.
