Angra dos Reis

Angra dos Reis is the gateway to one of Brazil's most spectacular natural landscapes. With 365 islands (one for each day of the year, as the locals say), the municipality offers deserted beaches, crystal-clear waters, and preserved nature.

Ilha Grande, the most famous of the islands, is accessible by boat from Angra and Mangaratiba. Lopes Mendes, Blue Lagoon, and Aventureiro are beaches that seem straight out of a dream. For those who prefer the mainland, Longa Beach and Dentista Beach are excellent options.

Schooner and speedboat tours allow you to explore several islands in a single day, with stops for snorkeling, lunch at floating restaurants, and relaxing on paradise beaches.
